Fnac

Une fnac immense située au premier étage du centre commercial «Les passages».
Vous y trouverez tout ce que vous chercher. L’espace a même été agrandi il y a quelques années.
Un personnel accueillant et à disposition.
Des rayons bien présentés et visibles.
Un service achat/​vente de billet impeccable, un service retour/​échange très efficace ET un rayon manga très bien fourni !!

Diversité, belle surface, bon service

Une bonne fnac de quartier, on y trouve quasiment tout.
La petite astuce: venir le matin et le début d’après midi pendant la semaine et entre midi et deux le samedi. Ça vous évitera une longue attente.
De plus, cherchez bien les caisses moins bondées, il y a souvent de longues files d’attentes sur les caisses proches de l’entrée le samedi. Et des caisses plus rapide près de l’accueil. (Eviter l’effet mouton, je suis le groupe en fait: D). Parole de caissier !

Chouette fnac assez grande et bien présentée

Vous y trouverez livres, musique, films, téléphones portables, matériel high-​tech et informatique, jeux vidéos Mais également des services comme la billetterie Fnacspectacles ou le labo de développement photo.
La Fnac de Boulogne a été agrandie cette année, il y a plus de choix de livres notamment, ce qui est une bonne chose. Si le livre que vous cherchez n’est pas en rayon vous avez la possibilité de le commander. Je n’ai jamais vraiment compris pourquoi, mais des petits canapés ont été installés face aux rayons mangas. On né va pas s’en plaindre, c’est bien sympa quand vous voulez feuilleter quelques livres (ou carrément les lire pour certains).
Il y a parfois des séances de dédicaces. Les vendeurs sont généralement aimables, quoique parfois difficiles à trouver.
La carte adhérent vous fait bénéficier de 5% sur les livres et vous
offre un bon d’achat de 10EUR au bout de 4000 points (elle fait surement
beaucoup d’autres choses, mais je né m’en souviens plus).

Picture what Best Buy is in the United States and improve it’s look by giving it a more modern, sleek décor and a better staff and you can pretty much picture la Fnac. It’s part of a nation-​wide chain of stores where books, music and electronics are sold. No appliances though, just cameras, computers, printers and various other peripherals.
In the case of this specific location, the space is clean, well maintained and rather popular. It is very well organized and they offer an incredible selection of all things to read, listen to and of computers and televisions. The staff is very knowledge and parking is easy to find on the street or in the giant parking lot under the mall in which this Fnac is a part of.
I’ve been here on what seems to like a hundred occasions, mostly to buy presents but also to entertain myself and keep up with new releases. I very much like this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for presents or something to read or a CD.
Also present in the store is a photo development service, a ticketing office for concerts and shows and a repair center in case your iPod shit the bed. The only downside to this place is that during busy hours, you might have to wait a while in one of the ten or so checkout lines.
The best part about the Fnac stores is their layout and atmosphere, allowing one to peruse through the various sections, crack a book open, sit on the floor and read some of it, or listen to samples from various artists in another section. It’s very casual like that and welcoming and that is something that I love abou tit.
