Very good, nice service, good atmosphere and I think not too expensive for what you get. The set menu was € 44 for three courses, the starter was excellent, the asparagus with shaves truffles on top I would highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Food and wine were very good. The soufflé was beautiful and very tasty(if you like soufflés).

Best meal of our trip to Cannes. Food and wine were perfect! We did the pre-fixe meal and shared everything, not a bad dish. Timing of everything was also perfect. It was a completely packed house so make a reservation in advance. Will be back for sure.

Our best meal in Cannes. Easy walk from the main strip of Cannes. I went all in French style with champagne, Frios Gras, veal, and soufflé. The soufflé is a must regardless of how daring you are. My husband played it safe and we both loved our meals. It’s cozy and crowded and we were lucky to get a table. The bath rooms are in a hilarious location. Make sure you lock the door!

Apparently this is where Sarcozy and Obama went for dinner when they were in town. I don’t blame them. The cozy, single enclosed dining room is perfect for undercover diners, while the visible kitchen up top executes some high level fare. The foie gras was smooth and buttery. I was enamored by the perfectly cooked lamb entrée and the grand marnier soufle was light, airy, complex and unforgetable. I am a chocolate fan myself, so I secretly hoped they would offer a chocolate soufflé instead. They are forgiven, however, since they seem to have perfected this particular recipe. I would say this is a must go while in cannes.

the grand marnier soufle is to die for. the gravelax salmon is to die for also, although i would kindly ask the chef to use higher calibre salmon, with fewer tendons and strings. i had the prefixe menu, which gave a good sampling of the chef’s offerrings. you cant beat this place, and everyone speaks english too. clearly this place loves americans and brits. the dining room features a big window where you can observe the kitchen crew in action. so now their gravalax recepie is no longer a secret.

I have been a HUGE fan of this chef for over 20 years dating back to his place in Mougins, which no longer exists. Well, thank God I found him again. The décor is very nice. Clean yet tasteful. Modern and not overdone. The service was also the best we had during our stay in Cannes. And the food was perfection. No one does risotto like this chef. Maybe Fraîche in LA, but apart from that, he’s in a class by himself. For my other course, I had seared foie gras– obviously eating healthy that night. Now, here would be my one nit. And it’s a small one– but it was just great. Not phenomenal. Primarily because it didn’t have an inventive preparation. But it is still foie gras, after all, so I can only complain so much. And last but not least a Grand Marnier Soufflé– Which was manifique! Definitely my new favorite place in Cannes.

Best meal I’ve had in Cannes in ages! Modern restaurant a short walk from the waterfront with a comfortable atmosphere, nice service and food so pretty one wants to take a picture. Wine list was extensive enough. Best part was the dessert — make sure to try to Grand Marnier soufflé. Note the the restaurant is small and packed year round(we went off season) so make a reservation.

Wonderfully delicious food. The menu is small, and often changes. However, this makes going back to it a treat as you are often forced to try new and delicious dishes. However, the restaurant is small. And there are a lot of tables. And it fills up all the time. So, if you’re looking for a nice, quite place to have a even somewhat private dinner with anyone, this place is definitely not for you.

Very nice restaurant with above average quality. Compared to the«normal» tourist orientated restaurants it is slightly more expensive.(39 Euro for a menue) It is modern french cuisine with the classic ingredients like foie gras, very good meat and fish and a wonderful Soufflé Grand Marnier. Service is very professional. The restaurant has a very modern interior. When it’s full, it’s a little bit loud. I can strongly recommend it.
