My 3 star review comes from the atmosphere, quality and service found at Le Cirque. Firstly, the experience started off negative from the poor quality of service from the staff. Circus is a good name for this place to be honest, it was pretty hectic. My girlfriend and I walked in and we’re about to be seated but then stopped in order to seat the couple that was before us, fine, that’s totally fair and understandable. In the meantime we were seated at the large table inside in order to wait for a table to open up for us to begin our dinner. 2 tables opened up, 4 other couples came in after us. No one was seated anywhere until the 3^rd couple that walked in was ‘graciously’ shown to their table outside (they know the owner? They are regulars? Who knows). The two available tables were left cold without anyone giving direction as to who or what should occupy them. Eventually we got a table after enough eye contact and tracking down 3 separate waiters. Now, I want to point out that the main reason we came here was because this was one of the few (if not only) places with a quinoa salad on the menu. I’m a huge fan of quinoa and have been craving it since we got to Cote d’Azure. So I ordered that, the veal risotto and my girlfriend ordered the tuna tataki (we also got a pair of glasses of the Bordeaux, 5 Stars for the wine). My quinoa left me disappointed, due to it being undercooked. My veal tasted like it came out of the microwave, chewy, and the risotto it sat on top of was soaked in what I think was that microwave water residue that comes from frozen food. My girlfriends tuna tataki was good though, overboard on the garlic but hey, we’re in France right? Didn’t see the waiter between taking our order, dropping off the food and then picking up the food and dropping off the check. I was really hoping for something much better than what I experienced and maybe a 2^nd try will leave me happier but tonight Le Cirque was not Le business.

Restaurant branché et bon de la rue hoche. Décoration ultra moderne, belle terrasse, serveurs bogoss. La carte propose des plats simples type bistrot mais bien présentés et à prix abordables, environ 7 euros les entrées, 15 euros les plats. Le cappucino est magnifique, né le manquez pas.

J’ADORE cet endroit. Tellement rare de trouver un resto qui a toutes les qualités que je recherché: ingrédients frais, propositions originales et assiettes bien dressées, chouette déco, accueil top, service niquel, prix + que corrects, et albiance trendy …
Bref, j’y suis déjà allée 3 food et je repars chaque fois satusfaite avec l’envie de revenir et de faire découvrir cette adresse !
Sans hésiter un de mes restos préférés ! Et la 5ème étoile est largement méritée ! Bravo !

J’ai adoré cette adresse cannoise: de la déco à l’assiette, des suggestions de vins à l’amabilité du service. Le Cirque est désormais ma recommandation number one pour qui cherche une adresse simple mais cool à Cannes où bien manger sans se ruiner. J’ai dégusté un excellent tartare, hyper bien préparé avec des petites pommes grenailles. Chouettes desserts également même si les gros gourmands pourraient trouver les portions un peu trop congrues.

Une magnifique trouvaille. Beau cadre dans l’ambiance bistrot moderne chic, service professionnel et dynamique, avec un staff aussi jeune et sympatique qu’efficace. Et surtout qualité excellente des ingrédients et plats. L’entrecôte aux morilles est une des meilleures qu’on ait goûtée, et la Salade de Poireaux au Comté un délice.
