La brasserie de l’hôtel Edmonds à Cap d’Ail fut une jolie surprise. Les plats sont de saison et sont d’excellentes qualité. Le cadre est agréable. Nous n’avons pas encore testé la terrasse mais nous n’y manquerons pas l’été prochain. Mes parents ayant un appartement dans le quartier commencent à être des habitués.
Le personnel de salle est fort aimable même avec notre petite fille un peu bruyante :)

This place is perfect!
We arrived late night with my husband and didn’t want to spend a fortune for a room but wanted to spend time in Monte Carlo. Edmonds is 2 miles away from the famous casino and it is brand new. We had such a warm welcome from the manager Yann who offered us a little appetitive that we decided to eat in the restaurant.
I had fish soup with Safran — simple, flavorful, delicious.
My husband had pizza which was perfect as well.
We just loved it here.
We travelled for the past two weeks all over South of France and stayed in a different place every night. This one is definitely the best value for out money and definitely the fact that they just opened and want to give the best impression is a plus to everyone who decides to take a chance and stay here.
