Probably a new creperie? Not certain but the service here is very poor. When our cidre was brought out we’d expected the traditional bowls but were instead served with kid size glasses. Once our server did bring the bowls three were a match, yet mine was a different color. Hmmmm she never took away the plates once we ordered our crêpe sucre nor the mis matched cidre bowls. Needless to say our hosts were inattentive to us. Never noticing our water needed refilling or plates needed clearing from the table. I ordered the Biquette avec chevré, miel, salade vert et noix. The ingredients of my galette were great, however the galette itself was doughy as if it hadn’t been cooked fully. My friends chocolate crepé had powdered chocolate, not even the real deal. Who does that? To make matters worse, my friend who works in Guemene asked if the Andouille came from there. Of course the answer was yes, when the reality was no. The look of disappointment on my friends face was enough to make this American say«send it back!» But I guess ya’ll don’t do that in France. The only saving grace to this place is it’s location in town. Just off the main road with plenty of out door seating. Still, it will certainly be my one and only visit here.
