We did all the arrangements on line which was easy — they were quick to respond. July 19 we arrived at Charles de Gaulle airport and we were met promptly. Driver was great and car was clean. Jean Michel picked us up at one location and took us to new hotel in the middle of Paris. He was so good in helping with all the bags. He picked us up bright and early on the 31st to take us back to the airport. We will use Grey Shuttle the next time in Paris. Highly recommend.

I hired Grey Shuttle after viewing the reviews on Unilocal.Cannot thank enough to all who posted the reviews! Jean-Michel was prompt, courteous and helpful in all the little details. Spoke good English and delivered us in a spotless car. We communicated with him via whatsapp throughout our trip as we had some delays and he was right there with his answers and didn’t make us wait at all. Would definitely use him again when we will be back in Paris! No reservation!

Grey Shuttle service was fantastic. We reserved online, which was easy, and we were met at Charles de Gaulle airport promptly. The car was spotless, the driver was kind, and spoke perfect English. I would not hesitate to suggest this service to anyone. They take the guesswork out of taxi service and we were delivered to our doorstop. The driver also gave us his information to contact him for any driving service while in Paris. We had reserved a return trip to Orly Airport and he contacted us the day prior to make sure of pickup time. Can get better service than this. With taxi strikes and weather issues always a risk to get a taxi, this is the way to go. Don’t try and save a dollar… reward services like this with patronage.

We hired Grey Shuttle for our airport transportation in December 2014. I cannot stress how pleased we were with the service. Jean-Michel provided excellent communications prior to our travel; he provided prompt and detail replies which completely ease my worries. On the day of arrival, I informed him via text that our fight was on time. When we arrived, we immediately saw him professionally dressed holding the«Grey Shuttle» sign. And on the day of departure, due to an early departing flight, and we needed to leave the apartment at 6AM on January 2nd. Again, Jean-Michel was at our front door on time. I highly recommend Grey Shuttle to everyone traveling to Paris, and thanks Jean-Michel for making our travel in Paris that much easier.

Me and my friends used Grey Shuttle services last week and it was perfect. Driver arrived before schedule and was already waiting for us as we left the apartment in Marais. Drove us to the airport quickly and we arrived to CDG way before our deadline. Would definitely use it again and recommend to anyone.

Grey Shuttle was fantastic! Jean-Michel met our group of 8 at the airport on time and whisked us off to our hotel in Champs Elysee. He was very informative on the way to the hotel about Paris and answered any questions that we had along the way — a very pleasant ride! We also used Grey for our trip back to the airport and the result was the same! Jean-Michel was right on time and we had a very pleasant ride back to the airport. I would highly recommend this shuttle service in Paris!

Used Grey Shuttle on recent trip to Paris. Jean-Michel and his drivers picked us up from the airport and delivered us flawlessly to our hotel. Cannot say how much we appreciated Jean-Michel’s service. We will not use any car service in Paris but Grey Shuttle.

I called Jean-Michel 2 days before needing a ride for my family of 4 from Ile St Louise to CDG for an early morning flight. He was great at responding and the price seemed fare. The morning of our pickup no van, no call, no way to reach the driver or anyone at the company. I was traveling with 2 small children, luggage and not sure what to do at 6:15am in the morning in a remote area of Paris. I waited 25 min and luckily got a taxi. I am very disappointed with this company that nobody called me while I was waiting with an explanation. I travel once a month internationally for work and never experienced such unprofessionalism with a transportation company. I highly advise not to use this company. Look elsewhere if you want reliability.

I am so thankful that we used this service. There were six of us traveling, 3 adults and and my three children ages 6, 4, and 1. Jean Michel was waiting for us with a sign and a close, clean, airconditioned van that fit all 6 of us plus luggage comfortably. He was personable and professional. After a 10 hour red eye flight with the kids, having a car waiting was the best decison we made. For our return flight he was on time and dropped us off right at the door to the airport. When traveling with children, planning ahead is the best way to make sure you are stress free and able to enjoy the adventrue. Unexpected things may happen, and you roll with the punches… thats what makes traveling fun. But your car to and from the airport are two things you do not want to take chances on. I would reccommend this service and particularly Jean –Michel to anyone traveling to Paris. Well done, and thank you.

Used Grey Shuttle for transfer from CDG airport to our rented apartment in Marais, Paris. Jean-Michel was great to work with via email. We had lots of questions about using his service for a private tour of Reims and he was very accommodating with information. Our driver picked us up promptly and waited patiently while we attended to our missing luggage problem. He was great. Pick up for our return from Paris to CDG was also perfect. Highly recommended Grey Shuttle!

I contacted Jean-Michel to arrange for my family of 6 to be picked up at CDG. He responded right away by email and was very easy to work with. When we arrived he was right there ready for us as soon as we cleared customs. He had his very clean and comfortable van(he has other smaller cars for less people) very close to where we came out. He was very friendly and informative. I was planning on taking a taxi back to the airport as we were taking a rental after Paris to Italy but emailed him again and he picked me and took me right to the rental spot and waited to make sure everything was fine. The cost with 6 going into Paris was way cheaper than a taxi and the cost back was only a couple euros more — well worth the very clean and professional driver you get. Hands down the only service I would use the next time I go to Paris.
