We didn’t find this too special. The wraps were rather dull, mine missed the nuts that were supposed to be inside and there were more lettuce than anything else in them. The wrap was very big but besides lettuce and goat cheese there were maybe five little cubes of mango and nothing else. The chicken wrap was filled a bit better but was missing some decent taste too. I doubt all the ingredients are really organic since I saw the lady behind the counter opening a pack of ordinary cut lettuce and tossing them in the bowl(that metal pot she has from which she gets the ingredients for the wraps, you know what I mean). We also each had a pumpkin and chestnut soup which honestly tasted like they used quite some instant bouillon. Supposedly 100% organic. They offer menus with a soup and a wrap but taking a menu makes no difference to the normal prices. Just 10 cents. There are only two bistro tables with bar stools. But we got one of them. Everything was served in and on paper cups and plates and with a plastic spoon. Not as economic friendly as their wraps… A wrap costs around 4,50 € the soup is about the same.

Three words to describe this shop: Expensive but Delicious! It is a very small juice bar with ample outdoor seating. They make everything fresh right in front of you and have an extensive juice and smoothie menu. They also offer canned simple ingredient sodas and coconut waters.

This little juice bar serves a wide selection of freshly pressed juices, smoothies and milkshakes as well as wraps and soup. The juice menu has a number of interesting combinations that I shall be attempting to recreate at home. Located in the centre of Colmar close to little venice and the covered market it is a good option for breakfast to grab a healthy freshly made drink before going to the many patisseries nearby.
