I feel really grateful that the little village where I live has an organic bakery with gluten free bread and pastries available! I buy a loaf of the rice-quinoa bread once a week. It’s delicious toasted with some demi-sel butter. They have an entire pastry section with many gluten free pastries including slices of chocolate tarte, fruit tarte, eclairs and more. Definitely recommended if you have gluten allergies. The regular breads are good too.
