Etoile d’ Esbly

Pfff… Encore un chinois !!!
Bah… Comment dire… Ce n’est pas un chinois comme les autres !!!
Certes, il né propose qu’un buffet, pas de carte…
Mais vu le choix proposé, pas besoin de carte !!! En plus de plats préparés classiques, on trouve aussi des sushis très frais (ils font partie des trois meilleurs sushis que j’ai déjà mangés). Il y a aussi différentes viandes et poissons crus que l’on peut demander à faire cuire en sauce au wok ou à faire griller.
S’il y a un restaurant asiatique où manger, surtout quand on habite dans cette région de seine et marne, c’est l’étoile d’esbly !!!

Buffet is something that is everywhere in the states but not certainly in Europe. So after driving around for hours in the city of lights, the sight of a well lit Chinese Buffet in a corner of a cozy little town call Esbly outside of Paris caught my eye. It certainly was a welcome site. Dying to have rice for a change after all those meals with Mashed potatoes, Frites and Sandwiches… A good Chinese buffet was a treat. The menu was all in French but my little knowledge of the language did help.
Du Lundi Au Vendredi Midi: Open Monday thru Friday for lunch 10.09 Euros/​Tous Les Soirs Et Jours Feries or Weekend & Nights for 15.90 Euros. Not bad at all. The food was all fresh and so delicious. They have it all, Assortment a la Vapeurs/​dumplings, Potage au poulet mais/​Creamed corn w/​chicken/​Crevette sautees al sauce piquante/​Shimps in hot sauce/​Boef sauté aux champignons/​Beef with mushroom. guess the french does everything good in the kitchen including their Chinese menu… All the Chinese waiters & waitresses speak fluent French, and it’s open ²⁴⁄₇.
Great place, Great food, Great Staff… and very reasonably priced. .what more can you ask… and you get to practice your french!
