Une option très abordable à La Défense!
Pour 10 euros environ le midi, boisson + bo bun (ou nouilles sautées à la viande, etc.) + dessert.
Leur bo bun est correct quoi que la quantité de viande n’est pas très généreuse. Leur (petite) panna cotta est bonne. Des boissons importées d’Asie sont incluses dans le menu (mais vous pouvez aussi prendre votre soda habituel).
Le staff est pressé et efficace. Vous êtes servis très rapidement, sur le modèle d’une caféteria.
Enfin, concernant le lieu, vous avez une petite salle à l’intérieur, qui donne sur une terrasse dans le centre commercial. Donc c’est sans chichis, mais a priori si vous n’êtes pas trop nombreux, et patients à l’heure de pointe, vous trouverez de quoi vous asseoir.
Vous serez rassasiés et à ce prix-​là, c’est suffisamment cool pour être testé à La Défense.

They definitely win points by being probably the only place in the world that I can order Asian food by ordering from a muscular black guy at the counter. This place, located at the top floor of the excellent Les 4 Temps mall, is pretty decent with both its price and quality. Let’s be honest, food in Paris in always expensive, and it’s very nice to see places like this, where you can get respectable Asian food for money that doesn’t make your wallet look like it just underwent an extremely successful weight-​loss program.
We ordered the green chicken curry and the yellow shrimp curry. Before we even began eating, we noticed something that wasn’t that great: they only seemed to provide food in takeout containers, and basically mix the rice and the curry all together inside, creating a very soggy eating experience. That wasn’t that great, but it was saved by the fact that the food was pretty tasty.
The chicken and shrimp weren’t of great quality, but they were both decent. They obviously were just thrown in the sauce and weren’t marinated, something which many cheaper restaurants do, so nothing too surprising there. The curries themselves though were surprisingly flavourful. Perhaps not complex the way authentic curries are, but flavourful and spicy enough to make me say a few times «Wow, this isn’t half bad at all». I found the yellow curry to be a bit tastier than the green, but both were good.
Not a bad place to consider, and they also open quite late for dinner (by Parisian standards) so if I ever stay close to the La Defense area again I will definitely consider grabbing a bite or two from here.

Cet établissement propose de la nourriture asiatique (thaï, vietnamienne,.) dont divers riz et nouilles, des soupes et des salades.
Même si les plats né sont pas forcément authentiques, les prix sont un peu élevés mais c’est assez bon.
J’ai bien aimé les soupes, les wraps et les salades.
La soupe Phở Vietnamien avec nouilles de riz, viande de bœuf, bouillon de bœuf, soja et coriandre (6,90 €) était très bonne.
La salade crevettes vermicelle de riz avec aussi du coriandre, de la ciboulette, des carottes et de la vinaigrette Thaï (5,10 €) était excellente.
Le Wrap Bangkok avec de la hampe de bœuf marinée, des oignons, du curry jaune, des carottes rapées et de la coriandre le tout dans une tortilla de blé (5,10 €) était très bon avec une viande de bœuf très parfumée.
En revanche, les caissiers et caissières né sont pas très agréables.
Mise à jour du 29/​03/​2015: J’ai eu l’occasion de discuter avec le patron qui était très à l’écoute de ses clients et il avait l’air sympa.
La salade Poulet Mangue (5,10 €) avec poulet sauce Saïgon, morceaux de mangue, feuilles de menthe, laitue, citron vert, avait un gout moyen.
La salade de choux vietnamienne (3 €) avec choux blanc, tomates cerise, pousses de soja, cacahuètes, coriandre, carottes était bonne.
La soupe Won-​Ton chinoise (6,90 €) avec raviolis de crevettes, bouillon de volaille, ciboulette, choux chinois et coriandre, était bonne.
La soupe Thai Coco (6,90 €) avec lait de coco, morceaux de poulet, coriandre, champignons, citronnelle, coriandre, était assez bonne. Dommage que les morceaux de poulet étaient trop gros & secs. Mais d’après le patron, le problème est du à un changement de fournisseur pour le poulet. Ce problème devrait être résolu rapidement. On re-​gouttera cette soupe prochainement. ;-)
La soupe Bami Kai Thaï (6,90 €) avec nouilles de blé tendre, poulet mariné, bouillon de volaille, soja et coriandre était correcte. Les morceaux de poulet, annoncés comme marinés, n’avaient pas de gout, tout comme les nouilles qui étaient fades. Heureusement le coriandre et le bouillon donnaient du goût.

I went in close to closing time so this may have affected their service, but when it shouldn’t have.
The lady taking orders was extremely rude when asked if she spoke englished or not. Regardless of this I would have left a good review if the food was good, but it wasn’t.
My girlfriend and I both had the noodles (which is their speciality as the name noodle bar suggests). They were not fresh at all as if they had been prepared days ago. The noodles were also sticky and tasteless.
Overall a bad experience. The reason I gave them 2 stars was for the price. It was reasonably cheap, but not too cheap either to justify the bad taste.

I gotta admit, I laughed extremely hard when I walked by this place in the food-​court area of les quatre temps. I saw the name and read «chingaling» and saw a black guy at the front serving apparently noodles and I thought it was some racist joke. But it turns out that when i actually got acquainted with this place, it wasn’t such a huge joke after all.
The concept of this place is really food-​court asian eats with a lot of noodle offerings, but also with other things.
For dried noodles they have things like the singapore vermicelli, thai and chinese stir-​fried noodles. For soup noodles they have phở and some other coconut curry stuff.
And then they have rice and «wraps» that are like spring roll.
And they they have dessert that are as French as you can be (ricotta cheese with jam…)
And then they have chinese bottled drinks like green tea, aloe, lychee water, etc.
The price points are decent — you can get a noodle in a traditional new-​yorker chinese take-​out box full of noodles for less than 7 Euros.
We got their Phở — which did not taste like traditional citrony phở at all, but some proprietary concoction that was surprisingly tasty.
The Singpare Vermicelli was a bit over cooked but the flavour is accurate as the typical stuff you should get.
I will probably be eating this pretty often on my way home from work.
