The food was OK, but I was so angry and rushed by the time I got it, I’m not even sure. I was brought the wrong order. I was then treated like a worm because THEY got my order wrong. I guess they expected me to eat an objectionable dish because of their error. When my food finally came, everyone else at my table was almost done and rather than an apology, the waitress had the nerve to make a sarcastic remark to me as if I was in the wrong here. Even for French standards, this service was bad!

The appetizers(foie gras for me, don’t remember for the others) were okay, but the main course(galette for 2 of us, a sort of beef stew for another one, and I don’t remember the others but the conclusion was the same) was really bad, and so was desert(the crème anglaise –English custard– in the floating island was atrocious, and another desert I can’t even remember). Service was also very soso. I haven’t tried the other restaurants in this touristy area, but I highly recommend that you stay away from this one.

Idéalement placé Immense brasserie avec grande terrasse sur la route du Mont Saint Michel. Cet endroit est très sympa, le personnel très avenant et de bon conseil. Vous pourrez commencer par un pommeau en apéro, puis vous pourrez y déguster des moules de bouchots, des fruits de mer, de l’agneau pre sale(spécialité) et différentes viandes et salades. Un conseil, essayez la spécialité de crêpe avec la crème pâtissière tiède, les pommes et le calvados, un délice à tomber par terre. Hum…
