My dining experience at Chez Ly was nothing spectacular. They had a sign that indicated that they are open at 12, and we arrived at 1230 and the door was still locked. The restaurant is clean, and the staff was nice. I ordered a bowl of Phở and it was ok. Kinda salty with not a lot of flavor. Not the traditional bowl of Phở I was hoping for.

had lunch here last May. i remember that: the chef-​owner was a twat, the ‘special’ phở was not, spring roll mostly rice paper. so if hankering for viet in these parts, don’t.
