I feel so lucky to find this place. If you’ve lived in France, you’d know how hard to find some special spices and ingredients to cook ethentic food. This is an Indian grocery shop with everything that you need to cook indian food; all the spices, rice, curry pastes, nan, frozen samosa, katchori., frozen okra, homemade curry sauce (the owner makes himself, ready to cook sauce!) and etc. My husband and I got so excited to find this place. Another great thing is that the owner speaks English and French. He is a friendly joli indian guy who can tell you about which indian restaurants we should go in/​near Montpellier, cooking tips, and even a chinese restaurant where he’s been a royal customer for 20 years. The shop is very clean and well organized. This store is even open on Sunday!(10am to 2pm) woohoo: P (Close Monday, Tuesday to Saturday; 9am to 8pm)) You can take tram to Nouveau St. Roch station or walk from St. Roch station. It’s less than 10 min walk from St. Roch station. We were talking to the owner for a while and in the end, he gave us two bottles of Indian beer for free :) How sweet is that!
