Wow. What a stunning property. I really don’t have anything at all negative to say about this place. We spent 3 lovely nights here, and everything, from the room to service to it all was just about perfect.

This is a fantastic restaurant. I came at the beginning of the spring so the weather was perfect, a little chill. The crew was truly polished, not fake as many restaurants of Michelin guide. Trust me, this is the best ever. I don’t usually write reviews. For this one a made a exception. Nenhum Chega perto desse.

My most favorite restaurant in the entire world. The most beautiful terrace at the most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful town in France. They have an a la carte menu, and several prix fixe tasting menus. Choose anything, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve been lucky enough to eat here several times, but I will review my most recent experience. Be sure to dine on the terrace! The amuse bouche is usually a radish spread, with delicious salts, peppers, and an amazing whipped goat cheese spread. Note: the salt cellars are BEAUTIFUL. I have almost taken them several times. They bring out delicious breads and olive oils, which I could eat an entire meal on. The first course was a white bean soup. It was AMAZING. White beans, both whole and pureed, bacon(pancetta, perhaps?), herbs, and oil drizzled on top. So amazing. There was an amazing chicken dish, in which every was cooked perfectly. There was a salad course, a cheese course(SOMANYAMAZINGCHEESESUGH I WANTTHEMALL), and about ten dessert courses. The dessert courses were so amazing and fantastic, I could eat them all. The service is top notch, as one would expect at an Allain Ducasse restaurant. You will not be disappointed. My favorite little spot in all of the world. Be sure to go explore the hotel and the grounds. This hotel books faaaar in advance, but sometimes they have a cancellation! Tonight, I will dream of this place and hope that I can go back soon.

What a wonderful and stunning establishment. The service is second to none. The staff at the front desk, dining room, or anywhere you meet them are friendly, helpfull, courteous and attentive. This was our 6th or 7th time to stay and again we were not disappointed. We took several hikes into the hills and surrounding areas. A reservation was made for us to visit a winery, Château Callisse, wonderful warm reception. A very mild negative comment would be on a couple of the dinner meals, some of the portions were way too generous, more what one would find in a typical American diner, as if quantity were being substituted for variety. Some of the starters were chilled creamed vegetable dishes, delicious, but that would have been better served warm. Excellent as always, but missing the some of the outstanding meals of past visits. Without a question we will be back next year.

Always good food, great service, and awesome ambiance — be sure to lunch/dine on the terrace. This Alain Ducasse establishment has had one star in the guide Michelin for a while. One of my favorite restaurant for the past 16 years on my regular visits in Provence.

Cuisine sage on pourrait dire, trop classique.
