My mom and I were looking for a delicious dinner restaurant in Nimes. This place did not disappoint. Unpretentious, unique, high quality, and the service is impeccable. Not to mention, the back room has a beautiful vaulted ceiling from its past as a chapel. For an appetizer, we ordered mussels. Covered in butter, herbs, and garlic, served in a half shell. The best mussels we have had anywhere in the world. We soaked up the remaining butter with the tasty bread. The first time we visited, we also ordered wine with our meal. A nice rose made near Nimes that was also wonderful. I also had a delicious white fish covered in a delicious homemade basil sauce. My mom had this amazing octopus with potatoes in a cream based sauce. For dessert I had the raspberry tiramisu, and my mom had the orange flower panna cotta. The second time we went, I had this guinea hen leg covered in an olive tapenade, surrounded by a golden, flakey crust topped with sesame seeds. My mom had this devious veal in a sauce with olives. For dessert, we shared the flan caramel. The caramel sauce was perfection. The owner is so friendly. So are the staff. I highly recommend making your way to this restaurant. Filled with locals, reasonably priced, and real Provence food!

Très bon restaurant, assez intime. Les plats sont délicieux et fait maison pour un menu à 19,90 ou 26 euros. La patrone est sympathique.
