As a recurrent customer of Chanel I find this store small and with limited items. I find that they usually do not even have the classics(maybe one a week). The staff is at most pleasant. The St Tropez pop up store is the best and the one in Cannes is also much better than this one.

On Saturday 5/30, my husband and I wonder into the store, window shopping. We met Angel who showed us bag after bag. She was patient, friendly and professional. Angel gave us good information. We eventually bought a bag that we did not plan to buy. Compared to our shopping experience in Chanel stores in New York where we live, this one in Nice is the best.

I have had one of the most pleasant shopping experiences here. The lady who helped me out was super patient and friendly. I tried on about 6 or 7 different medium size ‘le boy’ bags. She patiently checked the availability for me every time I had a new request and was very knowledgeable on the uniqueness of each bag. She also asked me if I want anything to drink(water, coffee, or champagne). To be honest, I wasn’t expected to receive a such good care before I went to the store, because apparently this Chanel Boutique in Nice has very poor review on tripadvisor. Their past customer service might not be as good, but now they really do their job and give enough attention to their customers, so if you had a not-so-joyful time here previously, maybe it’s not a bad idea now to give them a second chance. Oh and another perk on shopping at this boutique is that if you are looking for an exceptional piece or a limited edition, you might be able to find it here. As you can tell, the Chanel stores in Paris or any other places in the world are always so busy and have long queues in front of them, which means those rare items can be gone very quickly. However, this Nice store is much less busier, so that their collection may surprise you. Hope you all have a great shopping time here!
