Great hotel if you are on a budget. It is in a great location — halfway between the train station and the promenade. (10 mins to promenade) and (15 mins to station). You also receive a packed lunch which was great and saved some money too. The rooms are small but if you only plan to sleep there, its ideal. They had a special deal on for € 85 per room but I think that was a one off. The staff in reception were super friendly and very helpful — very hard to find in France. I would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay somewhere for around € 60 per person as the hotels in Nice are quite expensive.

Once again, this is another that gets the extra star for the location.
The hotel is just across the train station which was really important for me; it was perfect for being able to arrive into the city, ditch the bags and then go run around town, and being able to be super close to the station when it came time to leave.
The rooms are, (well at the time) a bit like a motel, but hey, you’re in Nice! If you don’t mind the walk (because it’s a good 15 – 20 minutes) to get to the center, then this place is great. They do have a trams (?) that runs through the main street, so you can always that that or the bus if you don’t feel like walking.
It’s really hard to pick a bad spot to stay in the city since its just so lively here, but just out of practical convenience, Hotel Crillon was brilliant. Don’t expect too much in terms of the facility, but the staff here are quite friendly, and I believe they had free wifi in the lobby. Have fun!

C’est peut-​être le nom, mais cet hotel est vraiment impeccable, dans sa catégorie :
un emplacement rare (entre la gare et la méditerranée, à deux pas de la mer, mais un quartier un chouïa moins agité), une propreté irréprochable, un accueil très pro…
beaucoup de qualités difficilement réunies dans le coin: bravo !

Extraordinaire, mais (peu) connu
Splendide situation, service hors pair, quoique pas vraiment «budget». A essayer au moins une fois dans sa vie ! Bien sûr, prestations annexes à l’avenant.
