My family and I stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights in July 2014. The positives: decent location, adequate space. But if reliable wifi is important to you(which it is to me in order to get updates re: upcoming travel plans as well as stay in touch with family), then look elsewhere. If friendly service is also important, then RUN from this hotel. While a couple of the front desk staff were helpful, for the most part, they were cool and unapproachable. I was repeatedly told that«management was working on wifi» but this was an outright deception as it was down for just about the entire time of our stay. When I asked to speak with the owner, he told me(through the front desk person) that he would be there at 9AM on the day of our departure. He did show up and his daughter Sylvia – who was there as the receptionist – used the party line that wifi is a free service and there wasn’t any compensation for lack of wifi. No apology; no offer of compensation; just cold and a «why should we care?» attitude.

The Little Palace was a nice hotel, and it was well priced and in a good location. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. I liked that the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day, and everyone there spoke English well. The problems I had with the place were minor. The temperature in the entire building was incredibly warm the whole time we were there, even though it was March. We ended up keeping the window open a lot, because the heating/cooling system wouldn’t blow anything but hot air. Americans might have a hard time with the tub. It’s a narrow bathtub with a handheld shower head and no shower curtain. I had a hard time keeping all of the water in the tub, so it’s a good thing the whole room was tiled. The traffic outside was surprisingly noisy at night, even though the street wasn’t all that busy. I didn’t try out the breakfast, so no comment there. They did have free wi-fi, which I really appreciated.

Moyen Hôtel moyen, juste pour dépanner une nuit ou deux. La déco n’est pas géniale. Les tarifs sont corrects mais rien d’exceptionnel.
