Stumbled upon this hotel by chance, we got lucky.
Friendly service, clean rooms, free wi-fi, and excellent boulangerie across the street.
The prices were reasonable (Hotel Tonight) and it was right by the Metro station.
The rooms are small, but to be quite honest I haven’t visited very many european rooms that are large. We were very comfortable staying for 3 nights.

Très bonne localisation à 2 pas du métro dans un quartier sympa, accueil attentif, hôtel neuf moderne mais chaleureux. Propreté irréprochable, chambre bien agencée et silencieuse. Vraiment rien à redire sur cet hôtel, petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour un prix compétitif et tout le personnel adorable. Au top!

«Affordable Luxury» in Paris (14^th) only a few steps from Pernety Metro station.
New, clean, non-smoking, upscale boutique hotel in a convenient location in a reasonably quiet neighborhood.
Get a room facing the back courtyard for a more quiet room. Great chocolate and pastry shop across the street. And another down the street further. And yet another…
Basic breakfast buffet at the hotel with good coffee for a reasonable 12 Euros.
Comfy beds, smaller (but decent sized for Paris) rooms, everything brand new and working well. This has been home base for a few trips now!
