Excelentes quesos, me encantaron y tengo buen recuerdo de este restaurant, al que vine por primera vez en el año de 1986

Julian was so helpful when we came here to choose some cheese to take home for dinner. I don’t think he could have been any more helpful. The other people working at this cheese shop seemed really friendly too! They all spoke very good English.
The best cheese we got here was the Bleu d’Auvergne, which I am sure I have seen around quite a lot before. 2^nd favourite was the Brie Nangis. The Gouda with Truffles was a costly treat (although the total for all the cheeses really felt like a very good price, it was only when we took a closer look at the receipt later when we realised one was so much more than the others). We also enjoyed the St Nectaire and the Roquefort M. Carles (their recommendation when I asked for a Roquefort suggestion). The Roves de Garrigues, mentioned by another reviewer — that’s why we got it, wasn’t as unusual as I expected to be, but was also very nice! Would get them all again!

This met every expectation we had of a fromage in Paris, however I suspect this establishment is the average for Paris given other cheese shops we visited. Huge selection of cheese from around the world. Great service (French & English) with reasonable prices. We visited during the weekly Sunday morning market.

I loved the «Roves de Garrigues» here, a cheese my cousin recommended because it tastes of the herbs the goats eat all day long in the mountains. And the «Lingot de la Ginestarie» can hold it’s own very nicely in a baguette tradition. Lovely!

Fromagerie de qualité
J’ai été surpris par le choix impressionnant de fromages (au moins 300 variétés) issus des meilleurs terroirs. L’affinage est au poil. Le fromager, Pascal, est sympa et de bon conseils. Merci Androuet.

Une ballade dans la France des régions grâce à un véritable fromager passionné et passionnant. Plus de 300 variétés de fromages fermiers et artisannaux. St Nectaire excellent. Grand choix de chèvres. Bön marché par rapport à la qualité et l’affinage des fromages. Bravo !

Une excellente fromagerie à la hauteur de sa réputation dans un quartier qui, malgré le côté tourisme/​figé, reste très vivant notamment les jours de marché (samedi et dimanche).
Les fromages sont biens affinés et les vendeurs de bon conseil.
Un regret toutefois; à ma connnaissance il y a 6 points de vente Androuet à Paris; c’est un peu dommage pour l’authenticité…
