This hotel is so tiny its claustrophoic. Three rooms on each floor. I’ve had closets bigger than this. I had to check out upon check in. I had to pay for 3 nights — about $ 440. Very dissappointed here. I checked into a airbnb that next day and wow did my trip toParis improve greatly.

Considering the standard of rooms and prices of hotels in Paris this place was great. Awesome accessible price for a fairly nice small room, nice bathroom, comfy bed, overall really pleased with the accommodation, as most of the hotels there the elevator is small but not a big deal, staff really nice and helpful, fluent English. If you want a hotel to retreat and chill this is not for you, But hey you have to consider you are in freaking Paris so you should use most of your time outside walking, eating and enjoying the city. The biggest advantage is the location, you are walking distance to everything, the Louvre, Notredame, the river walk is close cross the bridges and you have a lot of nice restaurants 4 blocks away, like the Le Petit Chatelet next to Shakespeare and company, also a lot of small stores and places to eat inside a 3 block radius. To move around I recommend bus #69 best tourist secret that stops one block away at rue de Rivoli this is a really good option to ride sightseeing because it takes you to all the big places check the route, also one block away from Louvre — Rivoli subway station. I took the shuttle but you have the Châtelet — Les Halles RER station that brings you form the airport like 4 blocks away. OMG you are close to everything. I recommend this place a lot if you want to stay in the center of Paris.

Do I feel weird giving a Best Western 5 stars? You bet. However, the Best Western Louvre Saint Honore definitely deserves it. The boutique hotel is tiny, but in a fabulous(not-yet-destroyed-by-tourists) neighborhood with tasty breakfast, wonderful staff, and decent facilities. While the prices may initially seem absurd for a BW, the quality of the property is certainly deserving of that price. Compared to other hotels in the area, you are getting a STEAL. You are a quick walk away from the Louvre, not too far from the Metro, and actually smack-dab in a REAL Parisian neighborhood. Definitely check out the pizza place next door and the bakery around the corner– terrific pan au chocolat.

Stayed here 8 mights in Mid October, very unlike any BW in the States. It was more akin to a boutique hotel, very modern and chic. Did I use the word«chic»? The value/pricing was reflective of it, however I wouldn’t hestitate to stay here again. It is off any main drag however it is at the base of St. Honore, very chic avenue as you head towards central Paris. The main metro hub/Le Halles is only a few blocks away. The rooms were comfy by European standards, and the bathroom was BIG. The bed was firm yet very comfy leaving us refreshed every day. The inside rooms were very quiet, no neighborly noise. We WiFi and a honor bar/fridge which we turned into our own. Toiletries and towels were first class. Only took a star away as they for whatever reason«forgot» to clean/refresh our room. There is a killer bakery a block away called Aux Castelblangeois, it was a good place to pick up yummies. There is also a Fran Prix a couple of blocks away where the locals grab their red wine, I don’t think we missed a day getting a bottle of wino. The front desk spoken English and were super helpful, especially on a strike day, they got us to the airport just in time to make our flight. Can’t wait to go back. «We left our hearts in Paris»…ironic as we are from San Francisco.
