Bike in Paris

Great shop, easy to talk with, French or English. Seemed very knowledgable. Willing to help and talk even when he was busy working on another customers bike.

Excellent service, also in English. Very friendly and helpful.
Remy sells mainly Trek bikes and Bontrager accessories, and some other high quality stuff. Last time I went to pick up new tyres — it ended up being a pit stop as I left with the new tyres installed and brakes adjusted, and a smile on my face.

These guys are great.
I speak French, but their English is really good. So either way, win-​win.
Recently had a new SRAM RED Groupset given to me, and the mechanic, Fred, mounted it to my Specialized SL4 in a most expert manner. Very reasonably priced labor too. If I understand correctly, he’s a former track racer and very precision minded.
Remy, the owner, is always helpful and cheery whenever I pass by. It’s so nice, I feel like I’m back home in California. He is clearly passionate about bikes and getting people into cycling.
It’s not the biggest shop with the largest selection, carrying primarily TREK and Giant, but if you need something that they don’t have, they are always willing to order for you. I have actually requested special orders from other shops, in brands that the shop carries, and have been completely dismissed.
This is my first Unilocal review, inspired by this excellent shop. They’re just that good.

J’ai acheté mon premier vélo chez BIke In Paris, qui vend surtout des vélos GIANT. C’est-à-dire des bons vélos, pas particulièrement performants, mais qui tiennent la route.
Celui que j’avais acheté était en fait un peu lourd, je n’avais pas vraiment l’impression de voler avec. J’ai eu quelques problèmes avec, de lumière, de pneu crevé, et le type de Bike in Paris a toujours été compétent pour les réparations. Mais seulement les réparations de Giant! Quand je lui ai apporté d’autres vélos d’autres marques, il avait l’air un peu perdu, et il m’a finalement proposé d’aller voir quelqu’un d’autre. Au moins, il est sympa.
