Just walking by the river and found this nice place. They helped us pick out a couple desserts and made us Coffee Americano.
Sandra spoke English to use and treated us well.

Ordered red wine for my wife, beer for myself, and a hamburger well done (I know, Paris — not a Parisienne choice). The drinks took more than 30 min. The food 45 min. The red wine was ice cold (colder than the beer). The beer tepid. The hamburger was all but raw. When we mentioned that the hamburger was raw and the red wine cold we were informed that «that is the way it is done in France.» We did not touch the food (e.coli) however was still expected to pay. The only variance from the stereotypical movie rude Frenchman is that he did not have a thin mustache. The perfect memory of a bad experience. Strongly recommend avoiding at all costs unless you are a masochist and wish to play e. coli roulette.
