Book a Flat

Avoid them like the plague!
We were looking for a one-​month rental in Paris and found a flat through them. With plenty of time to spare we wired (they accept nothing else) the rent and the required one-​month deposit. Then the problems began.
They kept telling us that the money had not arrived. We eventually had to run a trace on the wire only to discover the money accidentally went to them and not the landlord.
Rather than forward it along they insisted on us wiring *another* two months rent to the landlord and sending our wire back. Now with only days left until our trip we had no choice. If we didn’t luckily have enough cash in the bank our trip would have been ruined.
Their customer service consists of replying to every question with the same unhelpful form letter until you call. Awful, awful company. We will never use them again.
Someone suggested we try
instead but we haven’t yet had the opportunity.
