Stopped in while shopping for dinner and could not have been happier with the food, service and live music. To start I had the snails(first time) and really enjoyed them, husband had the foie gras which was equally rich and delicious. For my meal I had the duck and husband had lamb and they were both fall off the bone good. Wish that we’d tried a dessert but we were both stuffed

Spectacular view of the Arc de Triomphe and people watching along the Champs-Élysée while dining on the most sumptuous chicken plate we have had here in Paris. Wait staff is superb and very attentive. Everyone speaks English and is accommodating. The small desert plate offers an excellent opportunity to try a variety of the delicious options.

Kind of fishy, how the Unilocal page says that they’ve moved due to renovations and to visit the new page… when this new page has the same address. I wanted a «Parisian lunch» aka sanwhich or baguette from a cheap and cute bakery/patisserie, but hubby wasn’t feeling well after our walk and Chanel and Louis Vuitton outing on and near Champs Elysees, so after failed Unilocal be decided to walk around the Champs Elysees, and what didn’t come up originally on Unilocal was Chez Clement. The menu looked good to us so we decided to eat lunch here. Big mistake! He ordered the half chicken which was served with mashed potatoes and I chose the pre fixe and chose duck confit and onion soup. The onion soup was super bland, the broth and cheese were both flavorless. How can they mess up onion soup?! The duck confit was so dry and tough. I’ve made chicken confit at home with my sous vide and it was so much better than theirs — moist and crisp skin. Also served with subpar potato wedges and what they call salad but was just romaine leaves. He said a lot of his chicken was dry too, but the mashed potatoes were better. Service was very slow too. The bread may have just been the best part of the meal. For a restaurant that highlights their rotisserie chicken and specializes in rotisserie meats they fell very short. Apparently this is a chain restaurant throughout the city. Definitely can find better food in the city, and I’m even sure there’s better food to be found on the«touristy» Champs Elysees.
