Since I live just in the city, my parents stayed at this apartment when they came to visit Paris. The place was rather spacious and the rooms were clean. But the decoration of the rooms was cheap and not very welcoming.
Staffs were very helpful and nice and the place is only few feet away from Reuilly Diderot metro station (line 1 & 8) which serves all possible attractions in Paris including Champs Elysees, Louvre, and Opera. Plus, the place is not too far from Place de Bastille, a cool place to catch a drink.
