Point positif: lit confortable, bonne localisation et personnel aimable et cherchant des solutions Point négatif: a besoin d un sérieux rafraichissement, assez bruyant, pas super propre partout, maintenance moyenne… Prise electrique sortie de leur logement…

Good apartment style rooms with kitchenettes; has microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove. They provide utensils, pots and pans, cutting board, most of what you need. There’s a supermarket inside a mall, Casino Supermarche, down the street to get everything you need. There’s also a thrift store close by, but their stuff looks ghetto. If you want fresh seafood, charcuterie and cheese, go to Rue des Belles Feuilles. We just got some fresh mussels this morning, and they were so good! Don’t bother with the breakfast at the hotel. The self serve espressos are free 24/7, which is great for both morning and night. Don’t go next store for crepes either. If you still want croissants and the like, there’s a decent bakery across from the Casino supermarket inside the mall. The beds are comfortable, and if you stay for a week, they’ll clean your room mid-week and provide you with fresh towels. When we stayed there, their w/d didn’t work and it took them a long time to fix them; we didn’t get a chance to wash our clothes while there. Although floors 3 – 6 are non-smoking, you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. There’s free wifi in the rooms, just ask for a password. If I come back to Paris, I would stay here again. I forgot to mention that the Eiffel Tower is a ten minute walk one way and the Arc de Triumph is a ten minute walk the other way. There’s also a bike rental stand across the street from the hotel.

This is not a bad hotel at all for an extended stay, especially for a larger family. We are staying in a two BR apt which has a small kitchen and a balcony. It is near all public transport and minutes from the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. The price is a bit steep, but it is difficult to find much better for a family.
