The location was great — just few minutes away from the metro.
The room was not clean when we checked in. The floor was sticky and you can notice that the suite was renovated in a hurry. It looks nice on the photos but if you take a closer look, you will see chipped wood, imperfect paint. There were bread crumbs on the kitchen counter.
On the plus side, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. You can get filtered water at the cafeteria.

Suite à mon séjour, que dire des citadines? J’aurais souhaité des services plus personnalisés, une attention de la part de l’équipe qui soit plus proche de mes attentes… impression d’être anonyme alors que ce type de location pourrait laisser supposer le contraire.
