Great service. Their rep met us at the apartment that was to be our new home for the next 9 days. He walked us through the use of all the basics, including the dishwasher and skylight. He made sure our WiFi was working before he dashed off for his next appointment. The apartment is immaculate with everything in good working order. Though, it’s nice to know we have a contact close by just in case. We’ve rented apartments in Paris before and find them a much roomier and less expensive alternative to hotels.

My wife and I used Clickappart for the first time on our trip to Paris in January 2013. We rented one of their apartments for 8 days and it was fantastic. Clickappart was recommended to us by a coworker. We found the website to be well done and finding locations and descriptions of the apartments was very simple. After looking at many possibilities we settled on the 15 Rue de Archives location in the Marais district. I made the reservations and Clickappart makes it very clear up front what their policies were in regards to pricing, charges, cancellations etc. What I liked best about this was it was not written like a contract but more like this is what we expect, do you accept. As time to travel came closer we decided that we wanted to be able to check in early so I emailed them my request and I received a response asap. They also told me who I needed to call when I arrived so that they could meet us at the apartment to check us in. We arrived five hours later then we were supposed to thanks to the airlines but when we arrived and called they were not put out by our lateness and we set up a time to meet. Marjolaine was right on time to meet us. Now to talk about the apartment. It was so much more then we could have expected. I thought it would be a small somewhat barren apartment like so many you see in Europe. This was anything but. It is on the fourth floor and located on the corner of the building. It had a large living room and kitchen combo room, a master bedroom with a large closet and storage area, another room with two twin beds and full dresser, a bathroom with shower tub combo, two sinks and a washing machine, and a separate water closet. This place was large. The kitchen was complete with large refrigerator/freezer, stove, cook top, dish washer and many of the small appliances one would expect in a home kitchen. It had wifi, a flat screen TV, a stereo and heaters that worked almost to well. We were amazed. My daughter lives in Paris and she couldn’t believe it. Our only negative was the bed were very firm but that was so minor compared to the plus’s. Being able to fully unpack and settle into what felt like a home more then a hotel room for our stay was invaluable to us. The location was another huge plus. It is close to everything and the Metro station was just a few blocks away. There is a Starbucks across the street if you need it and so many cafes in the area food was never a problem. Bringing home some pastries or desserts from the bakeries and being able to eat in a comfortable setting at the end of the day was fantastic. To check out we just left the key on the table and closed the door behind us. Needless to say I would highly recommend Clickappart. I cannot guarantee that the other apartments could match ours but the Clickappart team was very professional and handled our business perfectly.

So, I’m finally back from my week of living like a Parisian and I can’t say enough good stuff about Clickappart. They were very attentive to our needs! We couldn’t have been happier with the location of our apartment. We were half a block down the way from La Grande Epicerie!(We frequented this amazing market several times a day, and I wanted to cry when I realized we were leaving and I wouldn’t be able to shop here again for a while) So, here’s how the Clickappart booking went down: — We found a location online and selected it, then put down a down payment via credit card. I’ll admit, I was kind of skeptical but went with it. Totally smooth transaction. — Literally, the night before we were supposed to arrive in Paris, we asked Irene(from Clickappart) to book us a private Taxi. We weren’t going to be near our computers or phone but when we got to the airport, our taxi guy was waiting for us and didn’t drive all crazy getting us to our apartment. The ride was smooth and it was a fixed price, which was nice because there was a ton of traffic. — When we got to our apartment, someone from their agency was there waiting for us to show us our place, answer any questions, and take the rest of our payment. His English was great and he was super pleasant! — When it was time to leave, Irene booked us another private cab and he was also on time. We needed him there at 6 a.m. so we were very pleased that we didn’t have to try to get a cab with our poor French for that time of morning. This was very very helpful. We made some last minute requests and Irene and staff were very accommodating They had no issues with speaking English to us, and it seemed like they were very service oriented. Our place was sooo old, but clean and spacious. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Negatives: We did get a bit cold because the only heating was the radiator and I guess I’m spoiled with our heater back home. Also, they advertised free WIFI and that basically consisted of MetroWifi which didn’t always work for us even though they gave us a code to use. We do rely on the Internet for a lot of things, and this part was inconvenient.
