I’m obsessed with this store. Carrying all things beautiful simple and chic, I could create my entire wardrobe out of items from this line and live happily and fashionably ever after.
Peppered throughout Paris and other large cities, this brand is worth the slightly higher price tag as the items are well constructed and timeless. I walked out of this particular location with two tops that I wear weekly, and always get complimented on.
I found the sales girls to be incredibly helpful and sweet. They made recommendations based on the items I had picked up, and helped me figure out the appropriate sizing since my American-​to-​French ratio wasn’t exactly on point.
I so wish we had one of these shops in my home city. It’s absolutely lovely!

Don’t expect a friendly reception from the shop girls, especially if you’re not French-​fluent or want to try on only a t-​shirt. Cast aside their iciness and focus on the clothes, ladies!
The current collection sports lots of linen — blazers, trousers, tops, dresses. I spotted both a cute floral jumper and a pretty one shoulder sundress but wasn’t in for the ordeal of trying them on.
If you want to inject some Parisian chic into your wardrobe, Comptoir des Cotonniers is worth a gander.
