Creed

I am a huge fan of this line of perfumes! I have worn Santal in the past and love it as well as Vanisia. I was looking for something with tuberose this time and this shop does not disappoint.
Creed is a perfume house with a long history — started in London, UK, 1760
This line is very difficult to come across and was most happy to visit and make my purchases!

If you love fragrances and would love to visit the place where the international wealthy stock up on perfume, this is your place.
I always said to myself that I wanted to visit this place if I were in Paris, if only I could find someone in Paris who has heard of the brand.
I walked in the Sephora store in Champs Elysee and the employee there has never heard of it when I asked if they carried it. Then luck struck as I was taking a stroll in my neighborhood and found the store. I entered and was so excited to be there. I talked to the lady and she told me that they French do not buy their perfumes and mostly foreigners especially wealthy middle eastern women come to their store.
I walked out with a bottle of $ 105 Spring Flower (Princess Diana’s perfume of choice) and a lot of samples.
Definitely stop by and they’ll also treat you like the royalty and the international wealthy clients that shop here. Very nice people unlike the employees at Louis Vuitton on Champs Elysee.

Cette très vieille entreprise de parfumerie offre plusieurs dizaines de mélanges pour homme et femme.
Fondée en 1760 à Londres, cette maison s’installa à Paris en 1864.
En France, moins connue que Diptyque, la marque commence à être diffusée dans les grands magasins ou des petites boutiques ou même à travers la distribution de Séphora mais avec très peu de choix.
Malheureusement, Creed n’est plus un parfumeur indépendant mais appartient à un groupe américain, The Orange Company. Dommage…
Néanmoins, Creed a des parfums assez remarquables, Green Irish Tweed, Tabarome, Erofla, Royal English Leather sont mes préférés…
