FUYEZ .... Ah, quelle expérience inoubliable ! Si vous cherchez un agent qui se préoccupe de ses dossiers et de ses clients, je vous conseille de fuir. On dirait qu'un montant minimum est le seul critère pour qu'il daigne considérer un acheteur comme 'valable'. Vraiment, j'aurais tellement aimé un accompagnement chaleureux plutôt qu'un ouvre-porte professionnel

Terrible.
I made the mistake to rent an apartment through this agency. They were really nice till I signed the contract. They were really fast to cash the checks (among which 2,500 € of agency fees for a 2-​room apartment, which is quite high).
And then? Well, they disappeared. Which was unfortunate, since they only gave us 1 apartment key (I’m living there with my boyfriend, so two keys doesn’t sound like a stupid requirement) and no mailbox key. So we are supposed to have received our contracts for electricity and internet but cannot access them since they are in the mailbox! It has been 3 weeks now, and they return neither my calls nor my emails.
In short: Just DO NOT RENT THERE. No apartment is worth the trouble of dealing with dishonest people.

J’ai appelé cette agence concernant une annonce. La responsable de l’agence s’est montrée mal polie et arrogante. Car je souhaitais simplement savoir où l’appartement se situait ou à peu près. Cela a finit par des moqueries personnelles en mon égard et un jeu enfantile car j’insistais un peu mais j’étais pourtant poli.
I called this real estate agency regarding a listing. But the manager was contemptuous and obnoxious. No professional at all when I wanted to know where the apartment was located. Her way of speaking was with an impatience tone and she mocked at me personally.
This agency doesn’t deserve a visit.
