Gardette Park Hotel

We went to this hotel in July 2015. The hotel left very good impression on us. Sorry to write this review so late. But we like the hotel for the following reasons:
1. Tranquility, 2. Very close to public transportation, 3. Not far from the highlighted landmarks,
4. Good services, 5. Nice breakfast.6. The price is reasonable.7. Nice view outside the window,

Practical, clean and smart hotel conveniently located in the 11^th. Opt for a room with a balcony view of the park, in particular 505, as it has some chairs. The park becomes very beautiful around sunset. The hotel is 15 minute brisk walk to the Marais and even closer to Republic, Bastille and other great bars and cafes in the area. I definitely would stay here again, but be careful as they do charge a lot for the small breakfast, almost missed the small sign.

and got an AMAZING deal! It is a cute small boutique hotel with a very friendly front desk agent, she was so kind, and gave us plenty of directions and help.
We got to the hotel early and she kindly took all of our luggage (probably 7 pieces — we over packed, of course) and then gave us maps and told us how to get to where we needed to be.
The rooms were on the smaller side, but I would def. recommend upgrading to one of the large rooms with the little patio/​balconies, super cute, and it just completed that «feeling of being in Paris». The hotel has a small breakfast every morning and it is a VERY decent price. We didn’t take them up on the offer until the last day, and I have to say, it was really stupid that we didn’t.
The pastries were fresh, the lobby always smelled amazing in the morning, and they had hot drinks as well. So if you are hungry and don’t want to navigate for food — it is a great option.
The location of the property was a bit removed from all of the action but that was actually nice. The hotel and the streets outside of it were quiet at night which was priceless.
Tip: The elevator only stops in between floors and when the door opens you either have to go up a half flight of stairs or down a half flight of stairs, be prepared, and if you over packed you should overshoot your floor so you can drag your luggage down stairs instead of haul it up stairs.

Le Gardette Park Hotel est un hôtel tout à fait sympathique, bien situé dans le 11ème arrondissement, et si je né lui mets pas 4 étoiles, c’est que j’estime qu’il lui manqué un peu de charme pour pouvoir dire que j’en suis «fan». C’est propre, c’est bien refait, le lit est confortable, la douche également, le savon sent bon, l’accueil est très aimable… mais ça manqué d’un tout petit quelque chose pour me donner envie d’y retourner, d’autant que le tarif reste tout de même celui d’un hôtel parisien 3 étoiles, avec une chambre simple à plus de 100 euros, avec wifi gratuit mais sans petit-​déjeuner inclus.
Sinon notez que toutes les chambres n’ont pas une vue sur le square, la mienne en avait une et un tout petit balcon, et rien que pour cela, c’était déjà très chouette !
Petit-​déjeuner pas testé, mais deux formules à 7 euros ou 15 euros environ, ce qui est pas mal, suivant les appétits !
