The worst service I enquired at at Hermes. we walked in on a monday morning willing to spend some serious cash but the place was a zoo. it was so crowed nobody acknowledge you and we try to request service but nobody did. After 25 min of just standing around my husband got so mad he grab one of the managers and told him his service was a disgrace for his brand and that he should be a little more organized we left without a purchase and headed to LV to spend the money we didn’t spend here.

I decided last min to go into this location and pick a little some up before coming back to the states. I’m so glad I did! The SA who helped me out was so nice and helpful. His conversation was genuine and so was his opinions. French people are good with making you feel welcome right away but this place went above and beyond. Loved, LOVED my experience at Hermes!

This is a much calmer location than Faubourg(sp?) Saint Honore. It’s a smaller selection than St. Honore, but it’s fewer tourists. Hermes loyallists and Parisians choose this location over the other 2 given this. I found that the sales people were friendlier, less haughty and more patient here than at St. Honore or the other location. FYI, estimated prices on scarves(which are not posted online): 320 euros for Silk 90(traditional, more patterns) 245 euros for Silk 70(smaller, fewer patterns) 150 euros for Silk Twilly VAT savings are 10% for Hermes. This location was out of Birkins and Kellys during the holidays. Not sure if that’s just the stock answer to the general public.
