Hôtel Armstrong

Great place, I stayed for one day. Metro station is very close to it. If you want to save money it is good. Very co operative staff.

This hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they are on a strict budget and wish to save money in exchange for comfort. The hotel staff is relatively nice and friendly, the amenities are poor and the images provided by the hotel to Unilocal do not reflect the true hotel interior condition. Again I would not recommend this hotel UNLESS you are on a budget. Typically you get what you pay for and this is an example of that. It was clean though. +1.
Oh and they boast about their wifi at the hotel but their wifi connection is VERY weak. So if you are in need of a wifi connection for any reason DO NOT come here. They have computers in their basement but even those have a poor connection to the internet. So while they will tell you they have wifi, it does not adequately support the many guests they have staying at the hotel at any given time. Do not believe the hype.

Great hotel, excellent value for money! Spent last week-​end there and was fully satisfied. Don’t expect to be right in the middle of Paris, in front of Le Louvre, as you are at the outer fringe of eastern Paris but there is a metro station 2 mn walk away and this line gets you to Republique (Le Marais), Grands Boulevards, Opera, Grands Magasins, Champs Elysees, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower; so I would say, the situation is not a problem and that’s also why it is so cheap. Now, let me clarify, this is a very decent hotel, super clean, good comfort, flat tv screen, free wifi, good bed quality. So it is perfectly fine. When you look for a very cheap and very decent hotel, check this one through their official website.

Je n’ai trouvé les chambres ni spacieuses, ni raffinées. Le quartier fait un peu mal famé. Cependant chambres propres, service impeccable, petit déjeuner très fourni.

Ca vaut le coup car j’ai eu la chambre à moitié prix (64 au lieu de 116) et franchement une fois que j’ai vu la chambre, ça vaut pas plus que 60 euros ! Le reste est plutôt sympa, le sauna (10 euros la séance), le petit déjeuner est correct et l’hôtel est dans l’ensemble bien tenu. Le coin est calme et bien placé. Seul hic, le parking de l’hôtel est un peu loin de l’hôtel, faut pas être trop chargé… et c’est 12 euros la nuit…
