It was perfect. The location, the staff, the cleanliness. Totally worth what we paid. The rooms may be small but who cares? I don’t think anyone who visits Paris goes with the intention to stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the city. Being so close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro it was very easy to get around. We will definitely be going back to Paris and will stay here again!

1. Room was comfortable enough 2. Our iPad was stolen from the closet while we’re were away, despite the room being locked 3. Nobody among staff tried to help us retrieve it 4. They refused to let us contact the hotel manager 5. They charged the stay tax fee twice for no reason 6. Staff was extremely rude to us when we asked why 7. A friend of mine was able to walk in, get to our room without even seeing one employee My girlfriend and I put the iPad in the closet and left for the restaurant, when we came back the iPad wasn’t there anymore. We made sure the room door and window was locked. The hotel staff declined to investigate who went into the room while we were away. They also decline to let us talk to anyone in charge. They promised to get back to us but never did. The man fixing the wall plinth was listening to our conversation and interfered.

We got our iPad stolen in our room by someone from the hotel. And they are not helping. Not returning our calls. Not answering emails and they don’t want to give us the name or information of the manager of the hotel. They are treating us like tit doesn’t matter and they have no responsibility what so ever. Someone took the iPad in our room while we where away for dinner. No security cameras to see who comes and go in the hotel, no security. Anyone can Come and go like you are in a barn. They are rude and impolite. Worst experience ever. Don’t go there. Unless you are willing to loose some of your valuable. Oh, I almost forgot. The shower is the worst. We were in the room 204. Like there is no curtain, you can be sure that after the shower, it will be a pool In the bathroom. If I can give them a big zero I would.

Decent 3 stars hotel it has a standard size for Paris, which means it is not huge, but enough. The room was clean and didnt look old. the bed was ok and it was quite. The service was friendly and they have free wifi. The location is good and easy reachable by bus from the airport CDG.

!!!Achtung Betrugsverdacht!!!

This is a very lovely hotel. The rooms are the standard european size(small compared to USA), although the bathroom was pretty roomy. None the less, I did not feel crowded. We had two twin beds, night stands, a small desk, a little closet and a mini fridge. There were individual book lights over each bed, which was convenient. You need your room card to turn on the lights, which was confusing the first time. It would have been helpful to be told that at check-in. The room was very clean, the daily maid service was great and the hotel staff was very helpful. They also have free wifi, you just have to go down to the front desk to get a login ticket. The location was great. They are just 5 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and 5 minutes from three different metro stations. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. I definitely recommend this hotel.
