Hôtel du Parc

I booked a queen bed, they gave us two twins pushed together.
Had to return key at the front desk if we left the hotel for going out and get it back when we arrived back to the hotel.
Only two people can fit in the elevator at a time, with no luggage.
Lobby on the second floor.
Bad/​shady neighborhood.
Wifi did not reach our room on the fourth floor.
Towels had stains on them as did the sheets.
Reused all-​in-​one 1oz bottle of shampoo/​body wash to share
Extremely small room, no where near the spacers advertised on the website.
Said free breakfast on the website then they tried to charge € 12 each for yogurt, coffee and tap water.
Will never stay at again.

Decent place to stay if you don’t mind being away from Eiffel Tower or Louvre. But the hotel is quick walk to the train station, supermarket (rare), and lots of restaurant that are opened late at night. There is also a laundry mat nearby that was very useful for us backpackers.
The rooms are small, not recommended for big people (I’m 5’4 and my husband is 5’8). No elevator, the lobby is located on the second floor. And I think we were either on the 3^rd or 4^th floor. The room comes air conditioning and free Wifi. The hostess also speaks English, which was very helpful when we were looking for a laundry mat.
Quick tip: You need to place your hotel card in this certain slot to turn the electricity in the room on.

Hotel super calme, refait à neuf (sauf les salle de bain qui restent très bien). Personnel gentil, courtois, très professionnel. Mon hôtel préféré à Paris !!!

Très sympa
C’est un petit hôtel, convivial et où il fait bon être accueilli avec gentillesse. En plus de bien dormir, on peut profiter d’un cadre qui va assez bien avec Paris, c’est presque romantique… Une bonne adresse, bien située et pas chère non plus.
