Hôtel du Pas de Calais

Paris Hotels are notorious for being small and not the cleanest places. Well let me change your mind about that generality.
This hotel has a lovely downstairs corridor with a bar and room service. The rooms (i’ve seen 4) have all been pretty decent. My standard room has 2 sinks, 2 beds, a flat screen and its pretty quiet. Only thing that can count against that is when the staff is cleaning in the morning.
The food service is good with fresh squeezed orange juice and nice chocolate croissants and toasties.
The Internet is touchy, but hey, at least they have wifi downstairs for free and serious wifi. No chord needed.
The rooms are reasonable, and by that i mean in the high hundreds. I had to book this place for work during 2 huge events that have apparently taken up all the rooms in Paris. We lucked out. The staff is nice and friendly and will go out of there way for you.
I’ve been here about 4 days and have nothing but good things to say.
