Hotel Home Moderne

Das Hotel unserer Wahl in Paris. Preis-​Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ausreichend groß aber sauber. Fenster lassen keinen Lärm der stark befahrenen Straße durch.

This is a perfectly suitable hotel in a somewhat sleepy area of Paris (south).
The hotel is clean, functional, the staff friendly and the surroundings urban, yet nice (with a large park nearby and the Eiffel Tour a nice 30 minute walk away). I chose this hotel for convenience (I was attending an event very nearby at the Monfort Theater), and for this it was just fine.
The rooms: are small but clean and have all the essentials. My 109 Euro/​night room was definitely sufficient for 1 person, but no more. I wouldn’t call it stylish, but it was absolutely fine and I had no complaints. There is a small flat screen TV, supplies for coffee and tea (and even a biscuit!)
Breakfast: this was a disappointment. I would definitely skip this for the price (10 euros) and spend your money at a nearby café or boulangerie. The offerings are slim, the coffee is from a machine, and it’s just not inspired. One can do far better in Paris for a tenner!
The staff was very kind and lovely. No complaints. It is a very nice hotel from which to base yourself from, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Central Paris, but close enough to get there.
SO overall, AOK. I probably won’t need to stay in the area again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to book.
*Pro-​tip: 12pm check-​out is very nice so you’ll not need to rush in the morning!

Das Hotel hat zwei Sterne, jedoch drei verdient. Zimmer sehr sauber jedoch etwas hellhörig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse gut. Baguette Toast Käse Schinken Marmeladen Nutella Honig gekochte Eier Corn Flakes Joghurt etc.

Such a great hotel room!
The hotel staff were friendly and were able to do check-​in in literally 2 minutes. The room was super clean, albeit small (but hey, welcome to Paris!) I really had no complaints about this hotel other than I wish it were a little bit closer to the Metro, it was a little bit of a walk from the Convention stop to the hotel (a little walking never hurt anyone, though!)
If I were back in Paris, I’d definitely stay here again.

Hôtel calme et très sympa
Et c’est un voyageur qui vous le dit: vraiment très agréable et calme. Tout le confort moderne dans un immeuble qui né paie pas de mine. Avec des prix spécifiques internet, vous trouvez un confort meilleur que les hotels concurrents des grandes chaînes.
