Probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a short term booking. The staff has been really helpful. When I was hungry at 2AM, the even managed to find a pizza place to order me pizza from. Who does that? Btw, NOTE to people traveling to Paris, if you don’t eat before midnight, you’re out of luck. There is very little that is open past that time. Just when I thought that the stay was good enough, if you look outside of the window, you can see the Eiffel Tower. It is literally a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Best part is at night, look outside the window towards the Eiffel Tower for a special surprise. It is definitely worth the visit.

Our trip to Paris was amazing. We stayed at Hotel Passy Eiffel in August 2014. The hotel location was very convienent, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and subway. We actually walk to the Eiffel Tower twice a day since it was so close. Descent restaurants nearby so you will never go hungry. Price was right and we had great customer service. We needed an umbrella for our trash the wedding dress photoshoot and the receptionist was very nice in lending us one. They also have the international plugs we could borrow. The room was clean and well kept. It was a great experience.

This hotel was fine, but nothing to write home about. We spent 99 Euro for a room on our last night in Paris(we spent the rest of our stay in an AirBnB apartment in Montmartre, which I can’t recommend enough). The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked brilliantly which, for a spoiled American in Europe in August, is almost 5-star worthy in and of itself. However, the location leaves much to be desired. We chose this hotel for its seemingly central placement, but with construction being done, the nearby Trocadero metro station is inaccessible. In addition, the only convenient attraction is the Eiffel Tower– which was our least favorite Parisian attraction(as it was chock full of tourists taking selfies). Finally, the airport shuttle is a huge ripoff. We wanted to treat ourselves to an easy trip(plus, at a hotel they’ll hold your bags all day if you have an evening flight– not so with AirBnb!), so we knew we were splurging a bit, but it turns out we could’ve taken a cab for half the price. Be forewarned! If you’re really psyched by the Eiffel tower and want a clean room with AC(ooh, and a nice shower!), this place is fine. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

They will charge you a full night’s rate if you cancel the day before you’re expected to arrive. And a «single» room consists of a single twin bed. And while they talk up their view of the Eiffel Tower, that is only one room(deluxe suite)…the rest of their rooms face each other, and many of them are up(or down!) a flight of stairs. And there is no bar or dining room(except for continental breakfast), so you can’t even get an ice bucket or a wine opener from them(who would have guessed those would be impossible requests?) Nice surrounding area, though.

International incident narrowly avoided This is a great little hotel spoiled entirely by the most unhelpful and obnoxious night porter on this planet! 40C at night — air conditioning unit leaking to the extent that the water would have been on the ground floor within the hour. Hotel empty? Yes(August). Can we change room? «No, the hotel is full!» 2nd request to change room granted, but we would have to move all our belongings(it was 0130hrs). ‘Don’t be ridiculous’ OK — but you must pay for two rooms. No thanks, we’ll move the gear! We were supposed to be there for 9 nights — checked out in the morning. NEVERAGAIN! Adieu
