Hôtel Saint-Petersbourg Opera

Let me start off this review by saying that I worked in Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas for 5 years. This review is for my mother in law. We live in Brazil and my mother in law had health issues so was unable to leave the country to Paris. My wife called the hotel the day she was suppose to check in to cancel the room because my mother in law was in the hospital the day she was suppose to leave. As for the hotel staff the manager was not there and the staff told us they couldnt cancel the room or give any kind of credit. My wife talked to the manager Marie the next day she told us that hotel policy that we cannot refund or issue any kind of credit. I worked in a hotel and there is always exceptions to this rule be it a refund or issuing a credit for a future date. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and payed for the rooms in full without staying there. We tried to email there website corporate ladder but it was the same manager that responded. For this review of losing money and no sympathy for a old lady I have to give this a bad review because my mother in law isnt a tech savy person and I wanted to blast this on all there pages. This post costed us 2,000 Reais for a hotel that we never stayed at.

Un emplacement idéal
Hôtel idéalement situé, en plein coeur du quartier des grand magasins, théatres, resto et transports. Un très bon accueil avec un personnel dévoué, petits déjeuners en chambre copieux compris dans le prix de la chambre. Une chambre catégorie supérieure d’une grandeur impresionnante. Un seul petit bémol et de taille: Les toilettes ont dû être crées par une personne de petite taille ou pratiquant le yoga car il est impossible de s’asseoir correctement sur les cuvettes. D’autre part, la belle baignoire mériterait une vitre de protection pour éviter de patauger après la douche. Mais qui à choisi les coloris, chambre jaune et salle de bains verte. Et enfin et non des moindres, située au denier étage un bruit assez génant toute la nuit correspondant je pense à la vidange des radiateurs qu’il conviendrait de régler au plus vite.
