Hôtel Terminus Orléans

This Hotel goes above what you would expect from a 2 stars category. My only problem and the reason why, unfortunately I won’t go here again is the noise inside the building, otherwise it could be the best so far. If you can sleep in any condition so go for it. Room prices are really affordable for an holiday in Paris and they serve breakfast at the price of 8 euro.
What I found amazing:
Staff is friendly and go for the extra mile. We asked for some places to go out. Then we asked if they could print our boarding card and they did it. It was also nice to chat with them in Italian :-)
Our room was small but functional. I can say it seemed recently refurbished and it was spotless. The TV picks up international channels.
We had breakfast the first day only, then we decided to have it in one of millions boulangerie or bars available nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was good, but was not at buffet. We got 1 croissant and one half baguette each, coffee, orange juice and preserves to spread. We reckon that being on a budget we could spend less if done it outside (average of 10 Euro vs 16 Euro) but it was really nice and warm atmosphere.
What I didn’t appreciate was:
Staff at the floors in charge of cleaning the rooms started at 8 a.m. In the morning. The first day the room in front of us was kept with the door open and staff were talking each others like nobody was around, so I had to show myself outside the room to let them know I was there.
It is true that the rooms are insulated from outside noise, but not from inside. 2 rooms distance beside our room there were people talking and laughing and was like to have them in our room. Also when customers walking the floor or the stairs you could hear their heavy steps. Lift was old so was making noise either when on service and when people were entering and exiting the lift.
As I said before, if you don’t mind about the noise, this hotel is worth it every cents you pay.

J’ai adoré ce petit hôtel, qui donne l’impression d’être entre parenthèse sur ce grand boulevard de néon et de trafic.
Le personnel est très disponible, à l’écoute des besoins, chaleureux et accueillant. Né serait ce que la personne en charge du petit déjeuner qui se plié en 4 pour que l’on né manqué de rien, j’ai vraiment apprécié.
Tout dans les tons rouges et dorés, la déco paraît un peu rétro mais pas vieillot. Les chambres sont très bien agencées, spacieuses, offrent la télé et le wifi gratuit. Malgré ma chambre donnant sur le boulevard, aucun bruit: j’ai dormi comme un bébé!
Un arrêt de tram se situe pile en face de la sortie de l’hôtel, moi qui suis toujours à organiser mes déplacements en fonctions des transports en commun, c’est un avantage non négligeable!
bref, je né peux que vous le conseiller si vous passez dans le quartier!

Situé à la Porte d’Orléans, cet hôtel ouvert 24h/​24 est très pratique pour les voyageurs venant de l’A6. Né craignez pas le bruit de la circulation, les chambres sont très bien isolées.
Avec ces 2 étoiles bien méritées et ses tarifs attractifs. La chambre simple est assez spacieuse, la salle de bain est propre est fonctionnel. Elles ont toute le WIFI. En clair, une très bonne prestation pour 48 €, petit déjeuner compris.
Cet hôtel est très fréquenté des conférenciers et séminaristes. En effet, la Cité Universitaire est tout près. Pour les étudiants qui passé leur concours au Centre d’Examen d’Arceuil, c’est aussi un bon pied à terre.
