Hôtel Verlain

We stayed here for four nights this past Easter weekend. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing, and I only have good things to say about this hotel.
Check in was smooth, and even though we arrived rather late in the evening, there was someone there to process our arrival. Our room was clean and well-​maintained during our stay. The bathroom was good, and supplies were stocked quite well.
They have WiFi in the room, although it wasn’t as strong as one would wish. However, it sufficed. The location was perfect, and a metro station was within walking distance.
They would want a credit card pre-​authorized, but they are more than happy to take cash if needed. They don’t allow payment however, until the very last day. I wanted to pay upon arrival but they didn’t want me to.
Overall, however, we had a great stay here, and would consider staying in Hotel Verlain again if we come back to Paris.
