Ibis Styles Gare du Nord TGV

This hotel is in a great location during the day in Paris. The free breakfast in the morning is one that is amazing for something small and filling! The only bad thing about this hotel is the wifi! The wifi is so slow that you can’t even watch movies, FaceTime family or even search the Internet!

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff and a decent location halfway between CDG airport and Central Paris.
The hotel itself is directly opposite the train station, which after a late flight and trying to grasp French public transport from the airport was great. The rooms are well equipped and come with a nice comfy bed, digital TV, safe, two desks and a modern bathroom with 2 in 1 shower gel/​shampoo, hair drier, towels and a lit mirror. The mains sockets in the room are plentiful and well placed which is great for charging phones and camera batteries.
Breakfast is free and consists of a continental, help yourself style buffet with croissants, pain au chocolate, bread, cheese, ham, yogurts etc all on offer alongside a coffee machine and a fresh organs juicing machine.
Public transport links are obviously plentiful being next to a main train station and mean you can travel anywhere in the city in reasonable time.
Overall this hotel, in a quintessentially French building is well run, offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for a very good price.
