Krêp

Krêp est une petite crêperie située à deux pas des Galeries Lafayette. Les prix sont tout à fait abordables avec son système de menus bleu et blanc.
J’ai pris un menu blanc à 11,50 comprenant une galette poulet/​oeuf/​fromage et une crêpe à la crème de marrons et une boisson.
La galette était super bonne. La crêpe en revanche était un peu cramée.
Mais le truc qui m’a gêné c’est le concept des tables, chaises mais pas de couverts. Quel est l’intérêt d’un tel lieu si tu né peux pas manger ta crêpe avec une fourchette et un couteau? Autant tenir un stand dans la rue dans ces cas là non? Par exemple ma crêpe à la crème de marrons était tellement chaude qu’elle m’en brulait les doigts. Alors certes t’es au chaud pour bouffer mais ça gâche un peu l’expérience.
Autre truc à revoir: les toilettes. Plus de PQ et un sèche main qui né fonctionnait pas. L’hygièné made in France.
Krêp c’est cool pour manger vite fait dommage que le confort né soit pas à la hauteur de la qualité des crêpes.

Décor-​wise, almost un-​French like, with this bright blue but I digress.
Good selection, in addition to a bit confusing set menus based on colour, but owner patient enough to explain. Before we ordered the sausage-​like, he cautioned that it tasted a bit different, and boy, glad that we did. Almost brie-​like, liver-​like, a combo of both lol. I’m sure it’s good to someone who’s into it. She still thought it was ok.
I just stuck to the safe side, ordered the nutella with banana, what else. Good texture.

Tasty crepes, quick service! Kind employees and the food is made freshly in front of you.
Highly recommend the pommes et caramel!

Accueil sympathique avec un service de qualité. Les prix sont abordables avec deux formules proposées: une formule à 9,90 € comprenant une crêpe salée, une crêpe sucrée et une cannette parmi un large choix de crêpes tout comme de boisson. L’autre formule est à 11,90 € (de mémoiré) avec le même principe de base (crêpe salée et sucrée) parmi un choix plus étendu encore. Des prix abordables au vu de la localisation géographique (à côté des galeries Lafayette). J’y retournerai !

Crêpes were good. Place is small, order at the counter and they bring the to you. Employees were very nice and helpful as we don’t speak French, and needed to get gluten free crêpes for our daughter who is allergic. We will definitely be back during our week stay in Paris!

J’adore leurs crêpes sucrées!!! A des prix raisonnables: 2,60 € la crêpe au sucre, 5,70 € la crêpe pommes, caramel au beurre salé maison. Par contre c’est pas super confort, mais idéal pour manger sur le pouce.

das Essen ist Bombe ich hab den tipp von einem reiseführer und dachte ich gehe dort mal essen, und der laden sieht sauber aus ist geordnet und die preise sind für das gute essen wirklich gut also beschweren kann man sich nicht

Being here in France, I really wanted to eat a good, crispy «crêpe bretonne». Some of the most recommended places on Unilocal were closed for vacation, but we ran into this place randomly around lunchtime. It was exactly the kind of crispy crêpes I was looking for! They call the savory crêpes «galettes,» and dessert crêpes are called «crêpes». We had two ham and cheese «galettes» plus a medium-​sized salad (salade garnie) with one drink and it cost about 16 euros. They have some combos but they were not what I was looking for. I wished they had a savory crêpe (galette) + salad combo. Still, I was happy with the meal; it was good for a quick stop for a late lunch, and the waitress was very nice. It was much, much better (and cheaper) than the other crêpes we had at some random, «general» French restaurant for tourists where we ate near the Eiffel tower earlier this week. Go to Krêp instead! :)

After 4 days in Paris, I finally thought to Unilocal a place for breakfast. We loved it. The atmosphere is casual and modern. What I love most: there is a crêpe for everyone. My kids love Nutella crepes, which can be found on every corner, but my husband and I like the more savory types. I had one with egg and ham (oef et jambon). My husband had ham and cheese (jambon et fromage).
The crêpe is served folded into a triangle and slipped into a bamboo paper sleeve so they are great on the go. One crêpe is big enough to be very filling for one person. In fact, we opted not to order the dessert crêpe to go because we were completely satisfied.
Other crepes on the menu ranged from sugar, to butter, to nutella, to lemon, to carmel apple, to goat cheese and various meat combinations. They even offer gluten free options.
We ordered our crepes at the counter but some people sat outside and it looked like they were waited on. My kids enjoyed watching their crepes being made.
Not related, but noteworthy, their bathroom is clean. A refreshing change from the restrooms at other restaurants.

Le lieu est trés sympa et les prix franchement pas élevé pour le quartier de l’opéra.
J’ai pris le menu à 10 euros: 1 grande salade (jambon, thon ou saumon au choix) 1 crêpe sucrée au choix et 1 boisson.
Je n’ai pas pu goûter leur cidre étant enceinte mais ma copine l’a trouvé trés bon.
Je recommande cette adresse pour déjeuner ou pour un goûter.

Found this restaurant again on Unilocal — just wanted to sit, relax, enjoy some coffee and crepes — and voilà, we found Krep! We ordered two Nutella and Banana crepes — they were yummy, fresh and nicely presented!

Very nice crepes at a competitive price. You can opt for one of two set price menus, either 9 euros or 11.50 euros (I believe) which offer increasingly complex options for each of two crepes, a savory one (aka a galette) and a sweet one. Both options come with a drink. My sister tried the goat cheese galette and the nutella crêpe (the lower priced menu) and I went with the smoked salmon galette and apple crisp dessert crêpe. All of them are highly recommended, but my favorite was the smoked salmon.

Bien sûr, Krêp n’est pas de la grande gastronomie. Mais l’objectif n’est pas là. Krêp et son patron propose de manière très sympathique des crêpes à la carte et au menu.
Bien que nous sommes dans un quartier très touristique, les prix sont abordables (4 menus: bleu à 9,50, Blanc à 11, p’tit dèj à 3,50 et goûter à 5). Contrepartie de ces prix, Krêp est fermé le soir.

On a recent Saturday trek out to Printemps to take advantage of the last days of the soldes I found myself starving to death midway through the walk. How was there nothing open? Not even a bakery, or one of those over-​, under-​designed expensive health food chains like Cojean? I started to panic. Then, just as I began accepting our worst case scenario (the food stalls at Galeries Lafayette) I noticed a friendly looking awning with a goofy name and glowing lights inside. Salvation!
Krêp (I love the name!) is a sit-​down or take-​away crêpe restaurant with an air of Scandinavian chic. The blue and wood design is simple and tasteful and the chalkboard menu filled with many tempting sweet and savory options.
The crepes are relatively inexpensive and freshly made right before your eyes. My goat cheese and tomato crêpe was crispy on the edges and fluffy on the inside, with a nice crêpe to filling ratio. There’s also a cute selection of pantry items, like sarrasin flour and cider that you can purchase to go.
All in all it was the perfect spot to gather our resources before a few hours of intense bargain hunting, plus a quiet location to feed our little tyke too.
