We took the Le Croissant & Traditional Breakfast Pastries Class and it was really excellent. Pastry Chef Eric was a terrific teacher, and they very smartly use a typical kitchen and typical tools(i.e. NOT professional grade) so that you can replicate the recipes at home easily. I’ve taken cooking and baking classes in the US where you’re basically just slapping ingredients together — it’s fun but you don’t learn much. With La Cuisine, I feel like we really learned some great techniques, not just for croissants but for baking in general. I would definitely return for another class and I highly recommend La Cuisine.

Think about how fun it would be to take a cooking class in Paris! Yes, sounds great. Now I already did the hours of research for you. I looked at the smaller boutique classes and of course all the ones listed on trip advisor. La cuisine truly had the best prices and all the great reviews. Look no further, book here. And book ahead of time! La cuisine makes it easy for you to actually try these techniques at home too. You will be learning skills you can pass along to friends and family.
