Oh how I wish I had one of these fancy-​pants supermarkets in my neighborhood!
This relatively new concept developed by Franprix features an outdoor fruit and vegetable stand, delivery and parking services, a fresh cheese corner, and a two-​level supermarket with a crazy selection of products sourced from around the world (from Goya black beans and Reeses peanut butter cups to a fabulous selection of Whiskeys and even locally-​produced Gallia beer).
This is what a modern day supermarket should offer!
I almost lost my mind looking for a sweet snack when I went inside and spent like 30 minutes pacing and perusing every corner of the shop.
The icing on the cake? A fresh, build-​your-​own salad bar with lovely pickings for only 5,90E.
