This is a place I would be hard pressed to write anything negative about. What you see is what you get. The wait staff is very friendly. I got a good feeling the first time I ate here because at least two groups who were obviously regulars came in. I ate here a few more times and everytime regulars came. The crepes with the apple compote were just perfect. I think they were what crepes are supposed to be about. Also nice service. They knew me the second time I came.

The crepes here are pretty good, but do you think good crepes are the best Paris has to offer? Seriously, there is better service and better crepes to be found in Paris. The inside is cramped and dark. The outside is filled with smokers, pedestrians and cars. Ambiance aside, the staff here is very rude. This place would rank much higher in my book if the staff wasn’t so rude. I love Paris and I eat out there whenever I get the chance. The service I received at La Petite Bouclerie was the worst I’ve ever had. It was very difficult to get what we wanted because our waiter was constantly ignoring us. He consistently acted like we were bothering him. Trying to get his attention was pain staking. Even when I tried to pay at the end of the meal, he tried to ignore me for several minutes and then acted as if it were the end of the world that I was trying to give him money. I would not ever go back.
