La Tabatière du Marais

Particularité de ce débitant: il dispose d’une véritable cave à cigares. Derrière une vitre au fond du magasin, on voit des étagères pleine de caisses où les cigares sont préservés à une température et une humidité qui leur conviennent.
Si le vendeur le plus âgé né se distingue pas pour son amabilité, celui qui est plus jeune est vraiment très sympathique.

Friendly and convenient shop for picking up the small necesseties: gum, mints, cigarettes, briguets (lighters.including high end Davidoff & JT DuPont), cigars, candy, snacks, etc.
Also, wonderful old bottles of Cognac, elegant cigar humidors, etc. Make sure to check out the Cognac bottles with a cigar tube in the center – showing the cigar as if swimming in the amber colored cognac itself.
Nice location in the Marais near many lovely antique shops, cafes & shopsand the Village of Saint Paul.
Very friendly, helpful service, especially when you at least attempt to speak only in French — and you know how to count out your money correctly to make the least amount of change.
Take a stroll toward the rue du Pont Louis-​Philippe – past Paris’ top paper/​stationary gift stores and head accross the Seine to the Ile Saint Louis.
A beautiful neighborhood and a very handy shop.
