Testé uniquement à emporter, je n’ai pas vu le lieu, mais j’ai bien dévoré leur pizza ! Commande au té’éphone, pizza prêtes en 15 – 20 minutes, j’opte pour la Calzone sur les conseils d’un habitué du lieu. Moelleuse, garniture à la parisienne –c’est l’intitulé de cette Calzone: oeuf, jambon, champignons et fromage, parfaitement cuite avec une pâte croustillante comme il faut, la garniture est hyper savoureuse bien que simple, c’est donc réussi, sans prétention mais délicieux. Pour une quinzaine d’euros, cette pizza de l’Altra était tout à fait à la hauteur de mes espérances !

En arpentant la rue Saint-​Maur, on a découvert cette (presque) nouvelle échoppe dont les effluves ont attirés notre bande d’amis affamés ! Si vous êtes à la recherché de saveurs italiennes dans le 11ème, pas trop chères, simples et dans une ambiance chaleureuse, entrez chez l’Altra.
Au menu: pizzas variées à la pâte fine et aux garnitures plus tentantes les unes que les autres (moyenne de 10 à 15 €), pâtes généreuses, entrées classiques et desserts gourmands, le tout à agrémenter d’un bon vin.
En plus: atteint (e) de flemmatite aigüe? Ils proposent la livraison !

caprese pizza was delicious… you can tell they care a lot about where their ingredients come from. i just wish the tomato sauce was more substantial. it was liquid-​city and as some other reviews have mentioned, the center of the pizza became soggy. but the flavors were all there, ambiance is trendy casual, and almost every table around us was speaking italian!

It’s Monday night at 9pm, just two Americans staying less than half a block away wanting to support a local business. Several diners in restaurant, all we want is a glass of wine. For the first time in the entire trip we feel dismissed (for being foreign?) and abruptly turned away. When clearly there is space, time, and no clear reason why they wouldn’t serve us before their closing time of 11pm.

Just around the corner from a place I’m renting for a month, this was a great find. Started with the parma ham and the mozza, followed by the diavola pizza. The apps disappeared fast and the pie just as quickly. Prompt, friendly service was great and the place was packed when I left.

Went with two friends for a pizza on a quiet weekday evening. One of my party asked for extra mushrooms on his Margherita. For the extra fee of € 1.50 he received 6 (six) slices of champignon. When he complained, some hipster covered in gun tattoos (allegedly the owner) got involved, run to the kitchen, threw a handful of uncooked mushrooms on the pizza and slammed the plate back to the table with a triumphant «NOW WE ARE ALL HAPPY. HAVE A GOOD EVENING» before swiftly walking away.
Abysmal service standards in Paris are nothing new, but these guys really try hard to set a new low. We’ll get a hint from their name and try «un’altra» («another») pizzeria next time.

Pizzeria Napolitaine très très sympa ! La pâté des pizza est vraiment bonne. Personnellement je préfère les cannellonis (ricotta /​épinard) ! Tellement bonnes.
Info: la sauce piquante PIQUE VRAIMENT ! ;)

Vraiment bien l’Altra,
Les pizzas vont de bonnes à top bonnes selon le pizza-​guy du soir, le service est sympatoc, et l’ambiance est vraiment celle d’un resto de quartier tranquillou.
Je conseille, je dis vous né serez pas déçu, et vous y reviendrez (peut être même avec des amis)

A lovely casual pizza spot not far from the rue Oberkampf area on rue Saint Maur. The menu is simple but hearty and well-​executed: we had the pizza du jour (crème d’artichauts, parma ham and cherry tomatoes) and pizza de quatre fromages. The wine list is full of Italian choices, offering a decent selection.
The décor is rather minimalist but chic, with the pizza oven prominently on display. Even on a cold winter evening, the restaurant felt warm and inviting — full of people but not too many, buzzing but not too loud.
Service was rather slow — even when it didn’t appear to be particularly busy — but very friendly nonetheless.

J’adore j’adore j’adore ! Les lasagnes sont deliciosas, les pizzas a tomber par terre et les prix sont plus qu’abordables j’ai envie de recommander et en meme temps garder l’adresse pour moi !!
De plus ils ont deux autres trattoria vers le canal saint martin Je like !!!

Alright, so it appears l“Altra has worked out the opening week kinks. I went back a few days ago for lunch and ordered the pizza du jour: ham, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella. Nothing soupy about this pizza at all! The tomatoes were especially fresh and sweet. My only complaint would be that the crust was little too chewy. My friend ordered the margarita which had a perfect crust so perhaps mine was a fluke.

Très bonne pizzeria à prix abordables dans une ambiance sympa et conviviale mais pas fast food. Les pizzas blanches (sans sauce tomate), notamment celles au jambon de parme, parmesan, ou bresaola, roquette sont délicieuses.
